The
Colony at Eden Prairie's goal is to afford those residents who are
experiencing memory loss with as much freedom and fulfillment as
possible. Studio apartment homes are specially designed to help
residents feel safe and comfortable in a home-like environment. Our
own licensed staff, trained to understand the unique needs of the
memory impaired, work with each resident and their family members to
customize a personal plan to maximize both self-motivation and
functional independence. Surrounded by their own belongings and able
to participate in meaningful activities, residents are assured a
life of dignity and choice.
