The Colony at Eden Prairie is registered with the State of Minnesota as a Housing with Services Facility and Assisted Living Home Care Provider. The residents who reside here will have the privacy of their own apartment home, and will be encouraged to remain as independent as possible, and yet have assistance available as needed.
