Driving Directions

The Colony at Eden Prairie is located in the heart of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, easily accessible by many main interstates and highways. Our community is across the street from Eden Prairie Center and just minutes from many of the finest restaurant and retail establishments in Eden Prairie.

From the East:

• Take Highway 212 or Interstate 494
• Exit at Prairie Center Drive
• Take a left on Rolling Hills Road
• Take a quick right into The Colony’s parking lot

From the North:

• Take Interstate 494 south to the Valley View exit
• Head left on Valley View
• Valley View turns into Prairie Center Drive
• Continue on Prairie Center Drive to Rolling Hills
• Take a left on Rolling Hills
• Take a quick right into The Colony’s parking lot

From the West:

• Take Highway 5 east to Prairie Center Drive
• Then take a right on Prairie Center Drive (approx. 2 miles)
• The Colony will be located on the right

Public Transportation

• Bus 684 or 690: Prairie Center Drive and #479-Library stop
  0.1 miles to the west of The Colony
• Bus 684: Prairie Center Drive and Prairie Lake Drive stop
  0.3 miles to the northeast of The Colony
